Worth is a tricky thing. When it comes to the worth of objects, it makes sense to question the value of something. We compare options in order to make the best choice. Yet, when we translate that logic to our own sense of worth, we can run into complicated emotions. Let's talk about how and why you are worthy and you can believe in yourself when dealing with invisible wounds.
