Join our Volunteer, Air Force Veteran, Peer Support Specialist, and Writer/Author Steven Bates TONIGHT for "Mid-Week Musings!" edition of Warriors for Life (WFL) Online, sponsored and presented by Victory for Veterans, Inc. (VFV).
We are asking everyone to share who we are and what support that Victory for Veterans, Inc. (VFV) is providing via WFL. If you know someone who is a veteran, first responder or a family member/caregiver, please ask them to join us for at least one meeting so they can learn more about what we do and how they can share their wisdom with others who may be able to learn from them.

TONIGHT's Topic: "Power of Positivity!"

"Establishing Power in one's life is often difficult, but not impossible. After removing the negativity in life there needs to be something to replace it, which is the antithesis of what was removed, positivity. Power comes from maintaining a positive attitude, but just how is that done? There are many ways to enhance one's positivity, from simple methods to quite complicated ones, yet all of them require one thing: effort. As those struggling with PTSD, anxiety or depression can attest, it takes effort to have a positive outlook. It is worth the struggle, however. What are some of the ways we can maintain positivity in our lives while struggling with depression and PTSD?"

Toxic Positivity Versus Genuine Optimism

Join Air Force veteran, Peer Support Specialist, and author Steven Bates with the Warriors for Life Support Group tonight as we discuss ways to establish the Power of Positivity!
