It was like being in a row boat alone and without a paddle.
But after finding the Colonel and working with him. I wasn’t alone in the boat any longer. We were all in the boat and the Colonel turned to us it’s OK guys, I have a paddle we will just work together.
Everyone became a part of the solution.
We took turns paddling. Some paddled long, others could only paddle a while; but we all improved and strive to continue improving.
