"Mindfulness & Meditation: Nurturing Present Moments"
In the first 30 minutes of the meeting, we'll embark on a journey of mindfulness and meditation. The session begins with a serene 7-minute meditation to ground ourselves in the present moment. I'll delve into the significance of living in the now, sharing practical exercises and resources to overcome overthinking. We'll explore actionable tips for managing everyday trauma and fostering mental resilience. The floor will then open for discussions on my book, offering insights into transitioning from civilian to military life and back. I'll seek input from you on the common misconceptions civilians may have, please share your expectations from the civilian world, and all of this will be included in my book " Thank You for your Service - MEAN it when you SAY IT" anonymously.
