TONIGHT's Topic:  "Being a Mentor!"

Drop in TONIGHT with Mikel as we have a round table discussion about understanding the importance of "Being a Mentor!" when it comes to dealing with Invisible Wounds.

What’s mentoring got to do with mental health?

At its core, mentoring is about helping another person. A mentor is somebody who advises, supports and guides another in the right direction.

There is a positive impact, for both the mentee and the mentor, that the relationship has on mental health and wellbeing. So let’s find out why you should be putting mentoring high for invisible wounds and the wellbeing of our veterans and first responders.
