Today’s Message is: “Reassurance Day!” Why Not?
“Why is reassurance so important in uncertain times? Leaders will be faced with a myriad of stressful situations and they need to take steps to reassure their team they have everything under control. Leaders that show confidence, provide structure, communicate frequently, and build the team up on a regular basis will be heard and will earn trust in the most difficult of times. Reassurance and encouragement is important for leaders to help their team overcome fears and objections. It helps teams become empowered and confident. Do you have what it takes as a leader to reassure others during a crisis?” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. I love the topic for today. It reminds me that everyday I have someone who can be with me whenever I need reassurance. That person is Jesus Christ. He is the Blessed Reassurance that I and anyone in need can have, all it takes is a firm faith in the Words of God, found in our Holy Bible. Seek Him and be fully reassured. Have a blessed day today and always.
