Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. I believe that for anything we do, we can learn a lot about what we can do as leaders, to be a good example for others, by turning to the Bible for guidance. God’s Word is full of wisdom and if we were to take it to heart, we can be great examples for those we lead. Have a blessed day and always.

As a church staff or…
As a very young First Lieutenant on my first crew we had a crusty old gunner who flew combat missions in Korea. He probably taught me more about leading by example than anyone I've run into in my entire career.
