Today’s Message is: “First Hour Day!” Why Not?
“Leaders that serve or who did serve in the military remember the old adage: ‘We get more done before 9 a.m. than most people do all day!’ How true is that? The first hour of your day as a leader can set the tone for the entire day. We call it the sacred hour where we brought the entire team together in that first hour – team building. Leading with a purpose and conviction before the sun rises. Why Not?”— COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

Good R.E.D. Friday Colonel.
Good afternoon Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. I sincerely believe that if we give God the first hour of our day, it will definitely set us in the right direction. I found a link today that talks about 5 Ways to Put God first. From it I selected one of the 5, to paste below. Have a blessed day today and always as you put God first in your day.

Give God the First Hour of the Day.
Great topic today that brought me back to my FB-111 flying days. Our standing training package was a 3 ship formation that launched at 0645. Of course that launch time meant a 0400 show for preflight briefings, get your gear and arrive at the aircraft NLT 0515. But if you weren't flying the next day that meant you were pretty much done by 1300, flying the next day was a bit tougher, you had to mission plan and be home by 1600.
