The “Colonel’s” VFV Motivational/Inspirational Quotes & Message of the Day!

“Words and actions have energy — use them as a positive force to inspire yourself and others!” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

You can accomplish so many things by kindness, more than you can with force!
Today's Message is: "Force Day!" Why Not?

The “Colonel’s” VFV Motivational/Inspirational Quotes & Message of the Day!

Good “Monday” Morning! “Band of Brothers & Sisters, Connections, Friends, & Patriots.”  Welcome to the new week from the “Colonel’s Foxhole” in Conroe, TX — 7 October 2024!

Today’s Message is:  “Force Day!”   Why Not?

“Effective leadership starts with fostering a positive environment.  Leaders do this by bringing teams together with meaning and purpose, not by force.  Forcing people to follow is demotivator and will lead to poor performance.  If you want to inspire others with your vision, then provide positive support, guidance and be a positive force that motivates!” —COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

Good afternoon Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. When I tell someone about God and His love for them, it is never my intention to force them to accept and believe what I have shared. It is always a choice, but be careful of your choices because choices do have consequences. Have a blessed day today and always.
