Good Tuesday morning Colonel.
I learned early on the advantages of an organization taking card of its people. Strategic Air Command was infamous for its strict rules, but a good chunk of those rules were aimed at taking care of its people.
Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. I must honestly say that I have not taken very good care of myself. We need to remember that our bodies and our very life is a gift from God and we should therefore take care of it. Have a blessed day today and always.
