“There are no guarantees of success when it comes to leading. There will be ‘successes’ and there will be ‘failures’ in the leadership journey. Good Wednesday afternoon Colonel.
I've pretty much always been a no guts, no glory kind of guy. Sure you must always evaluate the options but the times that those provide 100% guarantee of success are few and far between. Taking risks separates leaders from managers.
Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. There is a risk taker that I never want to be, and that is one who takes a risk on not believing in our Creator God. Have a blessed day today and always.
