True leaders have the attitude that it's not about them, but rather guiding everyone towards the objective at hand.
Overall, pretty good. Yesterday evening I think she did more than she should have and ended up going to bed early.
She has a set of exercises that she can do, but instead of once yesterday, she did a second set later in the day. It was only post op day 3.
Hopefully, she will wait another day or so before doing a second set.
She did sleep well though. Cheers
