Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. It takes quite a bit for many folks to get out of there comfort zone. I had a somewhat rough time when I first decide that I wanted to share the Gospel of Jesus, to whom ever would be willing to listen. Once you take that leap and start doing the uncomfortable, then it starts to get easier with each time. Have a blessed day today and always.

Whenever I see get out and leader in the same topic I remember my first squadron commander assignment. My instinct was to go to every shop in the squadron, to get to know my people sure, but primarily because this flyer didn't know a whole lot about what the squadron he commanded really did! What truly amazed me was the number of times I was told that I was the first commander who got out of his office and came to their shop.
