Poor leaders think that fear is the way to get things done. Real leaders understand that even the simplest form of appreciation will get people to follow them to the ends of the earth.
Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. I guess it was because I didn’t receive much appreciation in my youth, that I just naturally wanted to show my appreciation to those that I encountered or worked with. It sure seemed to wok for me. Appreciation motivates and is truly welcomed. Have a blessed day today and always.
