I'd guess, in many cases, that at least 50% of the time when a project is started some have no concept of the leaders vision. That leaders job is to translate his vision so that everyone can learn the process and get whatever it is done.
Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. Not since before the Tower of Babel has the world all spoken one language, so translations and translators have been very important to our society. Have a blessed day today and always.
