Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. The first thing I thought of, when I saw the topic, was my children when they were very young. They would always ask why, whenever I wanted them to do something. Do you ask why when given directions? Have a blessed day today and always.

The worst "leaders" that I've encountered are those who think they know it all. Conversely, the best leaders were those who weren't afraid to ask for help in any situation.
