A leaders task is to make sense out of all the senseless things that the organization faces. Many times that means lots of changes even if at first they seem to make no sense.
Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. Life seems a little crazy and hectic at times and we can’t make sense of what’s happening, but we must trust God. In the end all will be revealed and make sense as to what God had planned. Have a blessed day today and always.
