fast is slow and smooth is fast.

COL that may nothing to do with anything however that was a common statement shooting. When a guy starts trying to be fast all kind of bad happens but when a guy concentrates on being smooth they will be faster and more accurate.

The old Seal adage, Slow is smooth, Smooth is fast. Speeding through an important task may finish quicker but most likely overlooks important details and results in costly rework.

When I was a SAC flyer we always said close only counts in horseshoes and nukes. But even there more than 50' wasn't considered accurate so you trained, and trained until you got it right.
