Good “Wednesday & Hump Day!” Morning “Band of Brothers & Sisters,” and all great connections. Welcome from the “Colonel’s Foxhole” in The Woodlands, TX — 25 January 2023!

Today’s Message is: “Tightrope Day!” Why Not?

“Leadership a balancing act. Everyone’s eyes are on the leader and their performance. Will they succeed or will they fall when navigating the leadership tightrope? Great leaders know how to keep their balance and achieve their objectives. They know how to build strong relationships, but not let them cloud their judgment. They know when to be tough and when to be compassionate. Can you walk the leadership tightrope without falling?” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

He then walked back and forth with a wheelbarrow, with a bit of a struggle initially. Each time the people shouted complements and encouragement.
