Good afternoon Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. I kept practicing at my shooting skills, until I finally shot and got my Master Rating. I found out that even though I may have muscle memory, the skill I acquired must be continued with practice or else the skill diminishes. The same goes for our spiritual life. If we don’t continue practicing our faith, it too will diminish. The below link/article gives us 8 Ways to Practice Christianity. I pray that we all continue practicing our faith. One of the hardest things I had to learn when I left the military was that the civilian world doesn't necessarily buy into the concept of practice. In the military every training mission was practice for producing the best results on your job while in the civilian world practice was viewed as taking away from productivity.
