“You Know What Day It Is?”
Good “Wednesday & Hump Day!” Morning “Band of Brothers & Sisters,” and all great connections. Welcome from the “Colonel’s Foxhole” in The Woodlands, TX — 9 November 2022!
Today’s Message is: “Walls Day!” Why Not?
“Great leaders tear down invisible walls to create team engagement and a positive environment. They allow others to feel comfortable in a climate of open communication. When these invisible walls or silos are brought down people feel comfortable identifying problems, obstacles, and creating opportunities for improvement and solutions at all levels of the organization. Are you ready to lead the bridge building team to the next level of performance; and the demolishing team to break through the walls?” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

Good afternoon Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. As I thought on today’s topic, I thought about the wall on the southern border of our country. Is it something that would please God? As I went on my search, I ran across the following article/link talks about just that. I hope that it gives some perspective of why we need that wall. Have a blessed day today and always.
