The goal is that more leaders will be developed. When leaders lift others up they are motivated, confident, and inspired. As a leader do you lift your people up?” —COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

The last one was there for rveyones fun. I am glad it lifted you up Gene. Cheers and blessings.
Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. One of the things that I learned as leader was that if I lifted others up by giving encouraging words or praise, the folks I lifted up tried hard not to let me down. The productivity and ingenuity of the individual also mare me look good. That was one of the most satisfying things I ever did. The tongue can build up or tear down. If you enjoy tearing someone down, then you will lose productivity and trust. The opposite then definitely occurs high is good for the mission. Have a blessed day today and always, lifting others up.

Good Thursday morning Colonel.
