The “Colonel’s” VFV Motivational/Inspirational Quotes & Message of the Day!

“Guess What Day It Is?”

Good “Wednesday & Hump Day!” Morning “Band of Brothers & Sisters,” and all great connections. Welcome from the “Colonel’s Foxhole” in The Woodlands, TX — 26 October 2022!

Today’s Message is: “Hold Onto or Hold On To Day!” Why Not?

“Leaders have to maintain balance. They need to know when to hold onto their team, so they’re working together and when to let go, so they’re not suffocating! True leaders have a positive mindset and they know how to take control when necessary and hold the reins and when to let go and empower people to take ownership of their tasks and solutions. Are you a leader who knows when to hold on and when to let go?” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs
