The “Colonel’s” VFV Motivational/Inspirational Quotes & Message of the Day!
Good “Saturday!” Morning “Band of Brothers & Sisters,” and all great connections. Welcome to the weekend from the “Colonel’s Foxhole” in The Woodlands, TX — 8 October 2022!
Today’s Message is: “Ideas Day!” Why Not?
“Effective and innovative leaders create the culture and climate for new ideas to be brought to life. They get away from the phrase, ‘that not how we do it here!’ Instead they welcome new ideas and people that think outside-the-box. Great ideas don’t come from senior leaders. Great ideas come from every level of an organization. Leaders have to create that culture that supports risk-taking, discovery, and freedom to test out new ideas. Are you an innovative leader that encourages people to voice their new ideas?” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. When I think of leadership,I think of where the gift of ideas came from. Of course all that we have is a gift from God. As we use these gifts to His Glory, we then will become better in expressing our ideas. It was along these thought lines that I sought my link today. Have a blessed day in the Lord today and always.
