Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters her on VFV. A wonderful topic for today. I don’t believe that a day goes by that we could not extend a helping hand to someone. It doesn’t have to cost anything but the person(s) receiving help will surely be grateful. For my wife, Linda and I, we extended a hand to a new couple who own the adjoining 10 acres were in need of a place to live this past winter, so we provided them with housing. We are now family and if it were not for them, I most likely be dead from my recent heart attack. They heard me fall and came to our assistance. Wow,…
Lots of helping going on down here. We've had a lot of Ian refugees settle in our area because we're the first major area heading north that wasn't seriously impacted by the storm. Went to get dinner yesterday and ended up helping pack a UHaul with relief items for an overnight trip down south.
We’re doing well. She feels better today. Thanks for asking.
Good Tuesday morning Colonel.
