The “Colonel’s” VFV Motivational/Inspirational Quotes & Message of the Day!
Good “Monday & Labor Day!” Morning “Band of Brothers & Sisters,” and all great connections. Welcome to the beginning of a new week from the “Colonel’s Foxhole” in The Woodlands, TX — 5 September 2022!
Today’s Message is: “Hard Work Day!” Why Not?
“Leadership consists of hard work! Leaders have to work hard at improving and refining their leadership qualities on an everyday basis. There is no rest for leaders! They have to find ways to overcome obstacles, face challenges head-on, and be willing to accept change at a fast pace. Through hard work leaders gain experience, they push themselves, and they discover new things about themselves and their work ethic they didn’t know! Hard work makes the leader! It enables them to achieve mission success and provides the example for people to follow and work hard right alongside them. It teaches leaders and people determination, dedication, and discipline. There are no shortcuts to success, only hard work. Are you willing to put in the hard work to be the best at your leadership?” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

I try to work hard to stay in relationship with Jesus, my Alford and Savior. God still loves Hard work, as seen in the link below. Have …
Working hard is a lot easier when you love what you're doing. I've been fortunate to have had 2 careers where that was true.
