The “Colonel’s” VFV Motivational/Inspirational Quotes & Message of the Day!
“Guess What Day It Is?”
Good “Wednesday & Hump Day!” Morning “Band of Brothers & Sisters,” and all great connections. Welcome from the “Colonel’s Foxhole” in The Woodlands, TX — 27 July 2022!
Today’s Message is: “Sum Total Day!” Why Not?
“What is the sum total of leadership? It’s how leaders are developed, become real, become whole, and a better leader and person. The sum total of leadership is all the past actions and events that make leaders who they really are today and how they will lead in the future. Those events and actions will shape and influence a leader’s moral compass, vision, purpose, and play a part in their future leadership journey. The sum total of leaders goes back to the very beginning of their lives, who they’ve met, the people that were around them, and the decisions they made along the way. What is the sum total of your traits as a leader?” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. As always, I seek a biblical correlation to the topic. I found something that really made me think about the Bible. The link below is from an assistant professor, that made me chuckle, but at the same time it really made me think. I hope that y’all enjoy as much as I did. Have blessed day today and always.
