People that are motivated by exceptional leaders will outperform and overdeliver in their day-to-day duties. They will go the extra mile! These types of leaders and people will overcome the toughest of obstacles, fight through setbacks, and endure long hardships. Are you a tenacious leader that will never give up and never stop trying? Good afternoon Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. I have pretty much considered my duty to serve my God, Country and local communities wherever I’ve been. To me the most important duty is to my God. The other duties then seem to fall in place. I believe this to be true because we learn how to better serve our fellowman, as a result of learning to serve and rely on God. With that being said, I would like to share a list of 5 of the 10 duties of every Christian, as is discussed in the following link. Have a blessed day today and always as y’all seek to find your duty.

Duty seems to be something all too lost in today's society. I've long advocated some type of mandatory service (not just military, the alternative options are tremendous) for all citizens. Serving in some service oriented organization for a couple years could just possibly reduce the "Me" attitude that has become all too pervasive in our society.

I fully agree with you today, Jack. It seems to me that when the draft was lifted, that we started to see the major turning point towards the Me Generation. Be blessed my friend.
