The “Colonel’s” VFV Motivational/Inspirational Quotes & Message of the Day!

Good “Thursday!” Morning “Band of Brothers & Sisters,” and all great connections. Welcome from the “Colonel’s Foxhole” in The Woodlands, TX — 9 June 2022!

Today’s Message is: “Love What You Do Day!” Why Not?

“Yes, leaders do love what they do! They enjoy getting up early every morning before 6 AM and going to bed late at night! They are excited about this because they are energetic by nature, and can make a difference! They love telling people about what they do and getting them passionate about their vision and purpose! They are on the job 24/7, yet they find time to do what they enjoy easing any stress, keep their mood positive, and expand their inspirational and motivational circle of influence… It also means that sometimes leaders will have to do things they don’t love! That is leadership! Do you love what you do?” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

Raining right now so I'm playing with new toy. Had to get new cell phone for Vicki because hers was 3G so we decided to upgrade to 5G for both of us.

6 AM was sleeping in when you had a 0400 preflight briefing 😀. Seriously, guess I've been very lucky in having occupations I loved for my entire working career.
