The “Colonel’s” VFV Motivational/Inspirational Quotes & Message of the Day!
Good “Tuesday!” Morning “Band of Brothers & Sisters,” and all great connections. Welcome from the “Colonel’s Foxhole” in The Woodlands, TX — 24 May 2022!
Today’s Message is: “Outcome Day!” Why Not?
“Leaders will make good, bad, and ugly decisions during their tenure. No leader is perfect, and they must be willing to accept and take responsibility for the outcomes of any decision whether it was the right one or the wrong one. Leaders play a part in every situation or experience their people and organization will face. The responsible leader will not point fingers at others or look for someone else to blame for a bad outcome - remember the buck stops with you, the leader. At the same time, Leaders will give praise and personal recognition to the team or an individual for a positive outcome!”

Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. I have always, it seems, to have sought to look for positive outcomes of all that I do. I particularly try to seek a positive outcome, on my spiritual journey, seeking a closer relationship with Jesus. I definitely pray that y’all do as well. Have a blessed day today and always.

Good Tuesday morning Colonel.
We're coming off too many years of leaders who refuse to take responsibility for the outcome of their actions. Decisions and actions are based on the information at hand, right or wrong they need to be owned by those who made thrm.
