“What day is it?”
Today’s Message is: “Cool Head Day!” Why Not?
“What are the three C’s of maintaining a ‘cool head’ when trouble and challenges pop up: Composure, Confidence, and Courage? When a crisis hits the first few minutes or hours are essential for a leader to make smart decisions and keep a cool head. Don’t take things personally, keep emotions out of the way, remain fearless, and keep a positive mental attitude at all times. Take a few seconds to act and remain calm under fire. Can you keep a cool head?” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

I really like the first one, Jack. Blessings my friend.
Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. Keeping a Cool Head is so very useful in many of our daily situations. From family to work and everything in between. I was gifted with being able to handle the stress of volatile events presented to me when I was a Deputy Sheriff. It came in very handy and saved me from injury to myself and others. I Lund a link about keeping a cool head that. Found quite interesting. I hope that you do as well. Have a blessed day today and always.

A cool head applies in many situations, but when flying combat missions it certainly ranks up there.
Good Wednesday morning Colonel.
