“What day is this?”
Today’s Message is: “See Day!” Why Not?
“How do leaders see what brings out the best in others? They do it by providing a model for others to follow – leading by example each and every day. They see the best in themselves and share the wealth. Leaders see how to bring out the best by delegating and giving additional responsibility, by empowering individuals and sharing the power and ability to accomplish their tasks and goals. People will grow strong, become more effective, make decisions on their own, and meet challenges head-on. Can you see the best in your people and yourself?” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs
