Don’t overreact and make time sensitive decisions on the spot, but rather prioritize and be purpose driven, focused and alert. Never let anger enter the equation – learn to manage yourself under stress. Set boundaries and control your expectations. Improve your physical and emotional well-being by exercising, get the right amount of sleep, and take personal time to do something you enjoy!” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs
