Today’s Message is: “Replenish Day!” Why Not?
“Leaders at all levels need to replenish their energy and replenish the energy of their team. Leading and running an organization isn’t easy. Sometimes you need to take a break and slow down. This will allow you to replenish your physical and mental energy. Replenish your cup and those you lead. You’ll be surprised at the new ideas and creative thinking that comes with a full cup!” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

Good afternoon Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. This topic sure hits home for me. We all need refreshing, but the question is how do we do it? Some try in ways that are truly earth focused and others seek to refresh spiritually. I believe that seeking spiritual refreshing is longer lasting and helps us in so many ways. If we are not refreshed in spirit, can we truly be refreshed? I have submitted a link below that shows how to refresh or replenish our souls so we do not become burned out. I hope that you enjoy it as much as I did. Have blessed night tonight and always.

Interesting topic given what is going on with Russia in Ukraine. The military did a good job of teaching me the necessity to replenish myself, both before and after any operation. You simply can't perform at a top level if you and your body are only half full.
Good Thursday morning Colonel.
