The “Colonel’s” VFV Motivational/Inspirational Quotes & Message of the Day!
Good “Monday!” Morning “Band of Brothers & Sisters,” and all great connections. Welcome to the new week from the “Colonel’s Foxhole” in The Woodlands, TX — 28 March 2022!
Today’s Message is: “Intentions Day!” Why Not?
“Great leaders focus on actions not intentions. Good intentions without action can be meaningless. If you want the desired outcomes, then you need to take your best intentions and turn them into viable quality actions. Leaders must follow through from their intentions to the actions that lead to tangible results. It’s achieved by effective communication, aligned expectations and vision, continued growth, learning and development, and closing the deal – accomplishment or failure. Then you learn or correct your intentions.” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

Good afternoon Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. That is roughly 45 minutes from our home. Im not placing any blame, just stating the reason for my lateness. LOL I find this topic today of great interest to me and I hope for everyone else. I defer judgment, of the intentions of others, to the only one who can see in our hearts and that is God. However, a persons actions speaks loudly to one’…
All your quotes are spot on, simply awesome, Robert. Blessings.
Intentions are like lists of goals, worthless unless you act on them.
Good Monday morning Colonel.
