The “Colonel’s” VFV Motivational/Inspirational Quotes & Message of the Day!
Good “Wednesday & Hump Day!” Morning “Band of Brothers & Sisters,” and all great connections. Welcome from the “Colonel’s Foxhole” in The Woodlands, TX — 16 February 2022!
Today’s Message is: “Being Frank Day!” Why Not?
“Being frank as a leader will inspire, it will win respect and admiration from your team. It will prepare them for adversity and the worst-case scenarios. If you’re going to be ‘Mr. Frank’ then you need to be heard, not always liked. As a frank leader you’re honest, you make good decisions, and you have good capabilities. Go ahead and be frank today, not rude!” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

Tough one this afternoon Colonel.
Brought back memories with this one. One of my best friends in college was named Frank and that is something he used go say all the time. I've always been a take me as I am kind of guy and being frank is pretty much who I am.
Good morning Col Burroughs and all of my brothers and sisters here on VFV. To be frank with y’all, I enjoy looking at the Colonel’s motivational quotes from a biblical perspective because I think too many of us forget that we are here because our Creator God put us all here for a purpose. A big purpose, I believe is contained in the short story, of which I have posted below. So I would like to say, let us all be like Frank. Have a very blessed day today and always.
