Good morning Mike, and Rally Point Family. Tonight's the Night! Now about the topic this morning: My mind is rarely quiet; at times the roar is deafening and my concentration is "zero". I can sit down to relax and watch TV and a 30 minute program can turn into an hour, because in order for me to stay tuned in to the program, I have to hit "rewind" on the dvr, because I have no clue what just happened or what was said. At times, I get frustrated/angry and get up and walk away and find something else to occupy my time. Be kind and be safe! Blessings to All.
