Good morning Col Burroughs and my RP family.
I have many dates that I remember, but unfortunately for me, not many are dates that I want to remember. Sure I remember and cherish the birth of my 3 granddaughters, my anniversary, my retirement date, etc; but above all, the one date that truly is in the forefront, is my sobriety date, that last hangover, that first day in detox. Although not pleasant by any means, it was the beginning of the end for me, in a good way. It was the beginning of a new way of life which I had never known as an adult.
