Imagination is a blessing and a curse; it can make us dream up anything good or bad. Intense emotions hijack us, with stories and fears not always rooted in reality. Making decisions when agitated is equivalent to drunk driving. It takes trust to surrender to the experience and know the best answer will emerge from a calm place.
