"A bucket list is a list you create to make the most out of life. It is a list of goals, dreams, and aspirations you would like to accomplish before you pass away. The basic meaning of a bucket list is to keep track of your goals by making yourself accountable to achieve all you want in life. The purpose of a bucket list is to encourage ourselves to accomplish goals within in a specific timeframe.  Setting and achieving goals is an important step in recovery for every person struggling with PTSD and/or depression and a bucket list is a fantastic way to set goals and see them through. Join us tonight with Warriors for LIfe as we discuss what's on your bucket list, how to make one, and how to make the items on it achievable!" Air Force Veteran Steven Bates
