Shortcuts are not from God. The results of shortcuts won't last. As an example, the overwhelming majority of lottery winners end up in far worse financial shape within a few short years of winning large sums of money. A far better approach is to invest the time and effort to learn God's ways of doing things. God rewards and blesses those who faithfully walk in His ways. Faithfully walking in God's blessing avoids the kinds of crisis that require miracles to deliver us from. And when we’re faithful in small things, the Lord promises to promote us to larger things in the right time. Jesus told us that when we are faithful with what belongs to someone else, we qualify for our own. This is the path to godly increase. Set your heart on the path of faithfulness today. Then expect the rewards God promises to the faithful. |
