Fear and faith are opposite sides of the same coin. Fear comes from thinking about negative outcomes and all the bad things that might happen. But faith comes from investing time meditating on the Word of God, hearing His voice, and contemplating all the good outcomes we’ll experience because of His promises.
When we ponder those truths we build our faith. Acting on the promises and principles of the Kingdom of God is expressing our faith. It’s simply a matter of hearing God, coming into agreement with what Him, and then acting in accordance to what He says. As we grow in confidence in the things of God, our faith is strengthened.
In the end it's a choice. You can think about the worldly things meant to destroy you. Or will you instead think about how much God loves you and the eternal, abundant, overflowing life He made available for you?
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has punishment. He who fears is not made perfect in love.
