As followers of Jesus we are invited into a relationship with the one true God and creator of this universe. We have an opportunity to get to know Him at a very personal level. Unfortunately so many of us settle for knowing just a little bit about God when He offers to let us get to know Him very deeply indeed.
In fact, the Bible tells us that He chooses to make His home in our own spirit. That makes your body the temple of the Holy Spirit and means He is with you always. No matter where you are, or what circumstances you find yourself in, God is ever present.
Even when you mess up and are the cause of whatever problem you face, you have the right in Christ to come boldly before God’s very throne to get His mercy and also His grace for the very provision needed to address your problem.
Jesus has cleared His calendar and makes Himself available just to you alone — your own private audience with the King of Kings and Lord of Lords! The question is this. How much time with Him will you make in your own schedule? |
