Jesus delegated His authority to us as His disciples in the Church. He empowered us with His authority because He has a God sized assignment for us. There is much to accomplish in this season and we’re going to need every resource of the Kingdom to get it done.
God originally gave authority over all the earth to Adam at creation. The devil schemed his way into stealing that authority, subjecting the entire world to corruption. Fortunately Jesus took that authority back and then delegated it to us believers as His church. Exercising that authority is one of the ways we resist the devil.
It’s time we start doing a better job of exercising that spiritual authority Jesus gave us so we can fulfill His instructions to make disciples of all nations. Let God show you an opportunity to reveal a bit of his Kingdom to someone today.
